Just one thing first (or, actually a couple of things).

I attest that my design will represent democratic values.

A democratic flag doesn't exclude people based on gender, religion or etnicity. Men, women, non-binary. Religious, non-religious. We reserve the right to remove flag designs that are hateful, excluding or in any other way contradicts democratic values.

I'm Iranian.

Sorry all talented non-iranian flag designers. But the democratic flag of Iran will be created, and chosen, by the Iranian people.

I own the design I am submitting.

I'm the creator of my designs, and no one else.
